The first Viennese lager is owed to Anton Dreher, the inventor of lager beer. It was displaced with the emergence of light beers in the 19th century but found its way to Mexico, where the original brewing style was significantly modified. Not so with us. We have been brewing our “original” unchanged since 1999.
